By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, you should make sure to read them carefully before using the application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, or any part of it, in any way. You are not permitted to extract the source code of the application, and you should not attempt to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights still belong to Goya Route Planner.
Goya Route Planner is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason.
The Goya Route Planner application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as it may make your phone vulnerable to malicious software/viruses/malware, jeopardize your phone's security features, and result in the improper functioning or non-functioning of the Goya Route Planner application.
You should be aware that there are certain situations where Goya Route Planner will not take responsibility. Certain features of the application require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, mobile data, or location services, Goya Route Planner cannot be held responsible for the application not functioning fully.
If you use the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data during the connection while accessing the application, including any third-party charges. By using the application, you assume responsibility for any such charges, including data roaming charges, if you use the application outside your country (or region) without turning off data roaming. Please note that if you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, you should obtain permission from the bill payer before using the application.
Similarly, Goya Route Planner cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the application, for example, you should ensure that your device's battery is fully charged. Goya Route Planner cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of the application not functioning due to a drained battery or the inability to turn on your device.
Regarding Goya Route Planner's responsibility regarding your use of the application, while we aim to ensure that the information provided to us (such as address) by third parties for the purpose of providing you with the service is current and accurate, we fully disclaim any liability for any direct or indirect loss incurred as a result of your reliance on this functionality of the application.
We may want to update the application from time to time. The application is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. Goya Route Planner does not promise to always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android and iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. Additionally, we may wish to stop providing the application and may terminate your use of it at any time without giving notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application and (if needed) delete it from your device.
We do not store all of your data. You can use the backup and restore functionality to save and restore your data in the application. You need to save the backup file to your Google Drive, iCloud, or a folder on your device or send it to yourself via email. It is your responsibility to store the backup file. If you want to change your device, you can create a backup file from your old device and save it to the locations mentioned earlier. Then, you can restore your data to the new device using the backup file. You should use the same account for backup and restore.
Subscription Information:
Goya Route Planner operates by purchasing credits. Each address optimization consumes one credit.
You can see the total price before making a payment.
When a monthly subscription is canceled, the user continues to use these subscription features until the end of the period. There will be no automatic renewal at the end, and the user will return to the credit system.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the iTunes account settings.
If you want to cancel the auto-renewal, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the end date.
An account, credits, and subscriptions can only be active on one device at a time.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions:
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that you periodically review this page for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes will take effect immediately after they are posted on this page.
